My favorite food: Rice with sauteed vegetables (Chinese food)

Hello, hello dear readers! How are you? I am quite happy because today I will tell you about my favorite food which is the "sautéed vegetables with rice" of Chinese food!

I understand that "vegetable chapsui" has its origin in the United States and later became popular in China. This food dish is prepared with vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, almonds, dragon's teeth, among other things. The seasonings are also used for the preparation, such as the soy sauce and finally the rice that accompanies this meal (I like to mix everything once the food is ready, lol). I really like this dish because, in my opinion, it has an exquisite flavor thanks to mixing the rice with the soy sauce and the cooked and browned vegetables. Regarding my health, it seems to me that it is a nutritious dish that has proteins, vitamins, and a carbohydrate that is rice.

If you have not tried this wonderful food yet, dear readers, I gladly invite you to try it, you will not regret it! I like it so much that I can eat it several days a week, haha. Virtual hugs!

delicious 😋!
