My favorite piece of technology: cell phone

I consider the cell phone and the computer as one of my favorite tech gadgets! however, I believe that the cell phone wins in this favoritism. The cell phone is an electronic and portable device, which is used to communicate with other people, take photos, listen to music, play videos, search for information online, etc. In my case, and since my first cell phone in 8th grade, I use it quite frequently, even every day in a range of around 7 hours, since I use it for all of the above and also, as a study tool in the University. be able to read, connect to the zoom platform for classes, among other things. I like the cell phone for the number of features it can offer and the easy way to use it! Honestly, I can't imagine a life without it, I think its use is quite internalized in everyday life today. However, due to the amount of dependency that the cell phone generates, I would like to reduce it and replace it with other activities. I hope I can take a break of it in the summer since ...

My career: Social Work

When I was a child I have memories of always having wanted to study or work in something that involved cooperation with other people. During my middle school years those desires persisted and grew, having as career options: social work, occupational therapy and differential educator. What made me make a decisive decision regarding my future career was the dialogue with a teacher from my old school, where she guided me more in the discipline of social work and was even able to relate it to my personality. As you can imagine, dear readers, I ended up studying social work this year at the University of Chile and I cannot express all the happiness of, until now, being certain that I was not wrong. Despite being a year of virtual classes, I have been able to enjoy every moment of my career, I feel really grateful about the beautiful areas where I can work in the future. My autobiography

Hi everyone! my name is Almendra but you can call me "Alme". I was born on June 1, 2002, I'm 19 years old and I'm on my first year at Social Work in Universidad de Chile currently. My family lives in Pirque, and I’m living in Santiago just because of the university. That has meant joy and new experiences, such as meet wonderful friends, teachers and knowledge of my disciplinary career. Sometimes it has been very sad not being able to share the day to day with mi family, we are very close. However, living here in Santiago has not stopped me to do the things that I like, at least not everything, like: going for a walk, visiting new places, sharing with my cat and in special being concentrated on my studies.  That means that, because of the love my family I have proposed to continue at the most optimistic way this new cycle in my life I hope to be able to tell you guys how everything is going in the future!
